This is the best and easy cream rolls recipe. They are also known as cream rolls puff pastry. They are available all over the world but you will definitely find them in any bakery in Pakistan. They are usually eaten with tea or as a dessert.
What are Cream Rolls?
They are basically puff pastries that are rolled around a mould and baked. They are then filled with whipped cream or custard.
I make these cream rolls without puff pastry with frozen parathas that are available at your home easily. Super simple and easy to make.
I have also taught you how to make cream roll mould at home so you make no excuse because you must try these once!

Ingredients:
- Frozen Paratha 5
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Egg/ butter for coating
Filling:
- Whipping cream 1+ 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
Method :
1)Take 5 plain frozen parathas, put butter on each and stack in on one another. Let it defrost. Make sure to put all purpose flour on both sides while defrosting so it does not stick to the plate.
2) Prepare filling by adding 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream with 2 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp of sugar. Whip until stiff peaks forms.

3) When the paratha become soft , roll it in a form of roti. Do not make it too thin or too thick. Once it is flattened cut it in long strips.

4) Take one strip at a time and place it on the mould by overlapping each other. Then take one egg, beat it coat it with egg or butter.
Important: Grease the mould with butter or oil first so that when the cream rolls are baked they do not get stick to the mould and this way they easily come out.

5)Bake them at 180*C for 20-25 minutes.
6) Let them cool completely and fill it with the cream filling.

7) Put in the fridge to cool and enjoy.
