Best Fudge Chocolate Brownies

This is the best ever fudgy chocolate brownie recipe. This is the most easy fudge brownie recipe which will be finished in minutes once you make them. Very simple ingredients and steps that you need to follow and you will have the most amazing brownies ever!
Ingredients for Brownies
These are the following ingredients you need for these fudgy brownies:
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Coffee 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp water (Mix it together)
- Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon or a pinch
- Coco powder 1/3 cup (remove 1 tbsp from it)
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Melted milk chocolate 1/2 cup
Method to make Brownies
First Step: Beat sugar and eggs together

Take 2 eggs at room temperature along with one cup of sugar and beat it until it is light and fluffy. The color will change and become lighter. The batter will become double in size. You can use hand whisker or electric beater as you wish but keep in mind that the hand whisk will take longer time to beat and more effort.

Second Step: Add Wet Ingredients
For wet ingredients you need to add 1/2 cup Oil, Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon and mix 1 tbsp of coffee with 2-3 tbsp of water(mix it) and add in the mixture. This coffee mixture will give you a very nice flavour in the brownies however if you do not like coffee you can completely skip it. Now mix everything together either with hand whisk or beater.

Third Step: Add Dry Ingredients
For dry ingredients add coco powder 1/3 cup and all purpose flour half cup. Make sure to sieve these both to avoid lumps. Mix everything in the batter until well combined and do not over mix. You now have to use spatula to mix.


Important: Add 1/4 teaspoon or a pinch of baking powder in the mixture along with coco powder and all purpose flour BUT IF YOU WANT EXTRA FUDGY JUST DON’T ADD THE BAKING POWDER. I usually add it if I am making these for my kids because they dont like extra fudgy.
Forth Step : Add Chocolate
Now the most important and my favourite ingredient is chocolate. Add 1/2 cup melted milk/semi sweet chocolate in the batter and mix it with spatula.
Note: To melt the chocolate I usually add a little bit of milk in it to make it smooth.
Grease the Pan & Add the Batter
Either grease the pan with butter/oil, dust some all purpose flour and remove the excess or you can also line it with parchment paper. Add the batter and tap it to remove air bubbles.

Bake The Brownies:
Bake at 160*C for 20 minutes or until done. Some ovens may take 20 minutes or some may take to 25 minutes.
