Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets are so fulfilling to eat as a snack. Buying them from market always makes us guilty as they are processed meat and not good for your health. What is better than making these nuggets at home. I learnt these for my children and now its no going back. They are super easy to make and don’t take a lot of your time.
Method:
Step 1: Cut chicken into small cubes.
First you need to cut Boneless chicken into small cubes so its is easy to grind. You can also make these at home with ground chicken. If you used ground or minced meat you will still have to grind it it once again. These homemade nugget recipe is easy and requires very less ingredients that are available at your home.

Step 2: Put all the ingredients into blender.
Put all the ingredients in the blender(grinder) which includes boneless chicken breast, red chilli crushed, green chilies, black pepper, chicken cube or powder and salt (very less as we are adding chicken cube which already has a lot of salt in it).

Step 3: Blend everything together.
Blend everything together until it because smooth and in the form of a thick paste.

Step 4: Shape and Coat the nuggets.
Now transfer the chicken into a bowl. Take egg and bread crumbs in a separate bowl to coat. Shape them into nuggets by simply making balls in your hands and then shape them into flat circle. Now firstly coat them with egg and then into bread crumbs. You can double coat them if you want by coating again with egg and then bread crumbs, this will make them crispier.
Tip: To shape them into nuggets grease your hands with oil or simply water so that the chicken does not stick to your hands and easily you can shape them.


Step 5: Frying.
Fry them on low to medium flame so that they are cooked from inside. This recipe for homemade chicken nuggets is best for children. You can simply adjust the spices according to your taste and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast (cut in cubes)
- 1 teaspoon Red chili crushed (adjust if you are making for kids)
- 1 Green chili (cut in cubes)
- 1 teaspoon Salt ( if adding chicken cube then only add 1-2 pinch)
- 1/2 Chicken cube
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
